Give your Career an MOT!

Our CAREER MOT has been developed to help inspire those unhappy in their current occupations, confused as to what roles to apply for, those returning to work, leaving school, college or university and those that would like to take their career to the next level, but unsure of what that role would be.

You will begin your CAREER MOT by creating an idealistic ‘career look’ with our avatar design system – this will be sent to you for FREE use on social media and online platforms in an email post-MOT.

Then, using a series of psychometric profiling questions, based on the methodologies of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, our diagnostic report is set to create very detailed, personalised reports, which are produced at the end of the CAREER MOT in the form of a certificate. You can share the app with colleagues, family and friends – and also return to it a later date, when you next feel that you need to run a full analysis on your career situation.
